Improving our mental fitness is something we can all benefit from!

Can you imagine how it would feel for you to have control over your negative critic inside your mind?  Can you imagine spending more time in a creative, curious, and inspired state?  This is mental fitness!  

According to Shirzad Chamine in his book, Positive Intelligence, it is your capacity to respond to life's challenges with a positive, rather than negative, mindset.  The impact of this is:

  • Peak performance
  • Peace of mind/wellness
  • Healthy relationships

He identifies the negative voices in our mind as "saboteurs" and the positive as the "sage".  With the sage perspective, we can turn every outcome or circumstance into a gift or opportunity.  We use our "self-command" ability to do this.  

By incorporating Shirzad Chamine's  Positive Intelligence Quotient (PQ) training program into coaching, the likelihood of sustained change is significantly increased.

Along with awareness and insight gained through coaching sessions, practicing new habits on a daily basis rewires our brain increasing our mental fitness!

  1. How to identify the critical voices (saboteurs)
  2. How to grow the ability to choose a more positive way of thinking and take action (self-command)
  3. How to activate and strengthen the positive advocate and other strengths (sage powers)
