What Is Mental Fitness
Mental fitness helps you recognize the internal "saboteur" patterns that create stress, self-doubt, frustration, avoidance, perfectionsm, people-pleasing, and emotional reactivity.
Through simple daily practices and weekly group support, you learn how to strengthen the calmer, wiser, more grounded part of your mind.
This isn't about becoming someone different. It's about accessing more of who you already are beneath the stress and survival patterns.
